ORDER CONFIRMATION

Thank you for your payment! For our customers outside Indonesia, your order is currently being processed for shipment.
We will send you the tracking details as soon as they become available.

PURCHASE POLICY

- Please make sure to check the product size before placing your order.
- For detailed sizing information, please refer to the size chart available on the last slide.
- All products may have a size tolerance of approximately 1–3 cm (slightly smaller or larger).
- Product images have an accuracy level of around 95%–99% due to lighting, photo editing, and shooting angles.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- Please contact our admin first before requesting any return or exchange.
- Size exchanges are accepted within a maximum of 3 days after the package is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders must be marked as completed before proceeding with a size exchange.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- All shipping costs during the exchange process are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video along with photos/videos showing any defects or damaged parts.
- Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
- Product complaints must be submitted within 2x24 hours after the package has been received.
- Returned products must be sent back in complete and original condition. Incomplete items will not be eligible for exchange.

B2G1 PROMO POLICY

- Valid for purchases made through the website only, including international orders.
- The promotion is stackable and applies to every qualifying multiple.
- Complimentary items will be given at random and matched to the size of the purchased item. Specific size requests must be stated in the order notes prior to checkout.
- Complimentary items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Claims for defective complimentary items must be supported by a complete unboxing video and a clear video showing the defect. Claims submitted without the required video evidence will not be processed.
